Beastly Buyer Terms

Overview

This purchase agreement is between Beastly Apparel and you, the customer. You understand that you are not purchasing this product from the represented gym, you are purchasing from a third party seller, Beastly Apparel. Any problems, questions, request for refunds, cancellation or inquiries regarding this purchase should be directed to Beastly Apparel.

Defective Product Policy

All purchases are final, however any products with manufacturer’s or printing defects will be replaced at no charge to the purchaser. Within 48 hours of receipt of the product (and prior to working out in it or wearing it for an extended period of time!), if you notice one of these defects on your product, take a picture of the defect and email it to us with your order number and name. Our return email is orders@beastlyswag.com. Upon confirmation of the defect, Beastly Apparel will send a replacement product at no cost to the purchaser.

Cancellation Policy

All purchases are final and we strive to deliver your products to you as soon as possible. Because of this, we get started on your order right away, often the same day you place it. If you need to cancel an order, email us at orders@beastlyswag.com. If we have not started production of your order, we will notify you, cancel the order and issue a refund of your payment. If the order has started production, we cannot issue a refund and will proceed with the order.

Estimated Delivery Times

Because each item is individually made to order, processing and printing time is, generally, 10-21 days. If you require expedited processing or shipping, please contact us directly at orders@beastlyswag.com.
